Well, if you have never STARED at lightning before, or the equivalent SUN, you may in fact notice that they are incredibly bright |D NORLY

This is Iku Nagae from touhou! Iku has the ability to read atmosphere, thus call on thunder and weather to aid her. I actually love her super long cloth more then herself; _{_{In the game she attacks people by dancing and slapping them with her extend-able cloth. It looks like it has a life on it's own. IT'S AWSUM 8'DD}}
First time i drew lightning. I love touhou for letting me draw firsts for so so many things! <33333 So so many great characters, great settings, great ideas~ *w*b

Also, i hate upward perspective with passion- I make people look pregnant. I lost this file 3 times for this;; I don't know how long my laptop can stand cg-ing, aahh ><
