<edit> Aahhh ffffu- Apparentely the story line is a lot like a book called "The Giving Tree". I knew this wasn't gonna be original enough somewhere along the line OTL OTL Theres not much i can do about it now ;w; Thankyou all for reading though--! </edit> This is the most cheesiest thing i have ever drawn;; It's my first "serious" comic too; AND COLOURFUL.
Done for art homework. YESSSS A 15 WEEK PROJECT SQUEEZED INTO A WEEK, I MADE IT *flops* The theme given was "Urban, Suburban Rural" I got the idea for this from the where about i live, it's changed so so much;
After half-page 3 i actually stopped sketching before i did the lineart. I was that stressed to get this done;;; OTL Please ignore such wonkiness. I drew everything, but some pg5 screentones from fishbowl.
Makoto Shinkai inspired yes~!! ( his artbook is the BEST BG REFERENCE ever! *hugs*) Also, i referenced Perth city, if any australiadidiyans noticed~~.
And i did reuse my older stuff because i thought it would save me time xDD;; For a "final piece", sure, you're supposed to do a painting, sculpture/anything traditional. Actually you can do whatever you want, but apparently so you'll get marked down for doing something else. EG, A COMIC. Or drawing in a anime/manga style.
That's why most people switch styles just for good marks. I don't want to do that >>. In fact, i think it's wrong to stress that you get marked down for drawing what you want;
So i decided I'll go gamble, and be all I DON'T CARE! I'LL SHOW YOU MARKERS SOMETHING YOU ALL HAVE NEVER SEEN BEFORE >:/ -ish.
Lets just wait for the outcome! If i do get marked down, i don't really mind, because I got high ninety's for theory art right now;; I'm just happy that I have drawn enough trees for a lifetime;;
what are we? A monster that pollute the whole world?
